Really good experience! The hot pot was great, and the ingredients were fresh. The broth was a little too spicy for me, but our server was really nice and helped make it less spicy. The service was great and everyone was super friendly. Definitely coming back!

Our family had an amazing hot pot experience at Haidilao today! The service was truly second to none. Every staff member was incredibly friendly, attentive, and always one step ahead, making us feel genuinely cared for from beginning to end. My soup wasn’t staying hot enough, and before we even had to ask twice, Katy immediately brought over a mini portable gas stove to keep it perfectly simmering. That thoughtful gesture completely exceeded our expectations and showed the outstanding level of customer care that Haidilao is famous for. Thank you, Katy, for making our meal even more enjoyable! The food was exceptionally fresh and delicious, with high-quality ingredients and flavorful broths. The restaurant’s unique décor creates a warm, stylish atmosphere that’s perfect for family gatherings or celebrations with friends. If you’re looking for a hot pot restaurant that offers not only fantastic food but also world-class service, Haidilao is the place to go. Thisby the place is located by the mall. Free parking lot with no valet. Huge indoor dining withno outdoors seating. Make a reservation if you don't want to wait to be seated. They had lots of choices on their menu. Prices are more than surrounding hotpots. Staff are friendly and helpful.

We had an amazing dinner at Haidilao in Arcadia this afternoon. The ingredients were incredibly fresh and of excellent quality — the beef, seafood, and vegetables were all top-notch and tasted so clean and flavorful. The service was outstanding, as expected from Haidilao. Our server was attentive, friendly, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. What impressed me the most was how well they took care of our little one. They brought out a children’s meal, a small bowl and spoon. The staff made our family feel genuinely welcome and cared for. The hotpot broths were rich and perfectly seasoned, and the dipping sauces were delicious with plenty of fresh options. We also loved the complimentary snacks and fruit plate at the end — such a nice touch! The restaurant was clean, spacious, and had a lively yet comfortable atmosphere. We never felt rushed and thoroughly enjoyed every moment of our meal. Highly recommend Haidilao Arcadia for both families and hotpot lovers. We’ll definitely be back soon!

January 2025: Came here for hot pot lunch and had a very enjoyable meal. I liked the chicken and black pepper soup. Broth was very flavorful and the chicken was tasty 😋. Meat and vegetable selection was very good. Liked the hand pulled noodles that were pulled by the worker at our table. Overall, I was very happy with the hot pot. Will be back again for more delicious food and soup.
